Return Policy

UnoBaby understands sometimes your purchase isn't a perfect fit—so we're happy to offer returns within 100 days of your purchase for a replacement or refund.  

For some products, we offer modified versions of our return policy.  Please click each link below to learn more about each specific return policy.

Return an item or Order

  1. Log into your account My Account.  If you checked out as a guest you will need to create an account using the same email address or Contact Us.
  2. Under “My Account” select “RMA”
  3. Select “Request new RMA”.  If the option is greyed you are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement based on the time frame and policy specific to that item).
  4. You are now at the “RMA refund – STEP 1 of 3.” Follow the instructions provided throughout the RMA process.
  5. Once you have successfully requested your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) our returns team will then contact you via email within 2 business days to tell you if your return has been approved or if we need more information.


How a return is processed

Once UnoBaby receives your return, it takes up to three days to receive, inspect, and process. 
Timing for processing depends on your selection.  Please allow the following:

  1. For replacements, up to seven business days to receive notification that a replacement has been shipped;
  2. For refunds, up to seven business days for a refund to be posted back to the original payment method; or
  3. For store credit or check, up to fourteen business days to be processed and issued


Returning items purchased as part of a Package

Items sold as part of a package can be returned individually for a refund of the amount calculated for the item at the time of sale.  If a tier-based discount coupon was applied at the time of checkout and the return bumps the order down to a lower tier, an adjusted amount will be processed.  This may sometimes result in the customer being charged for the difference rather getting a refund.  Under such circumstances, we will contact you before charging your credit card to get your approval.  If, for some reason, we charge your card without first reaching out to you, please contact us right away for an immediate refund of the amount charged.
