Shipping Policy

How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping costs are determined by your item's size and weight, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address.  In your shopping cart, we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping method available. If you select a different shipping method, your actual shipping cost may be higher.


Where Does UnoBaby Ship?

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states.  We are currently working on providing services to the brave soldiers and their families at their APO/FPO addresses.


When Will My Order Ship?

Each product on has an estimated processing time, which is given in business days and provided on the product's page. Processing times vary based on how your item is being shipped and where it is being fulfilled. Your full delivery timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.


What shipping methods are available?

UnoBaby offers many fast and convenient shipping methods for items purchased online, including small-item shipping methods and large-item shipping methods.


Gift Card Shipping Methods

Currently UnoBaby offers online generation and redemption of Gift Cards only.  Physical Gift Cards are not mailed out to the customer.


Shipping Methods

We currently offer just standard shipping to our customers.  We are working hard to set more warehouses up, which will enable us to offer faster shipping methods.


Shipping and Handling Time 

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States 


Your Order Shipped in Multiple Packages 

Items ordered from may ship from more than one location or as multiple shipments. In this case the customer will receive multiple shipping confirmations and tracking for each individual shipment.


How Can I Track My Shipment?

You can view the status of your shipment under My Orders.

Tracking availability varies based on the types of items you purchased, your selected shipping method, and the carrier of your item. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.


Your Tracking Number is Not Working

It may take one to two business days for the tracking number that you receive to be active in the carriers' system.

If two business days have passed after receiving your tracking number, and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us. Our Customer 1st team will assist in the tracking numbers of your package.


Never Received Your Order?

We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery date you were provided. Most orders contain tracking information that can be used to confirm delivery status. Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different locations at your home. If tracking information is available:

  • Track your order by using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Login to My Account and select Order status

If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been delivered but cannot be located please contact Customer Service for assistance
